RETURNS

All personalised items are non refundable and we will only accept returns and offer a refund if a problem has arisen which is a fault of our own. If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by replacement or a refund.

To request a return please email us at info@blossomlane.co.uk.  Please state your order number, name & address and the reason for the return and we will advise you how to return your goods.

We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or paypal account within 7 working days of its receipt or provide a replacement where agreed.
