DELIVERY & RETURNS

UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 days. However, at busy times this can not be guaranteed.
If your order is urgent and you require same day dispatch then please choose the UK Next Day Delivery option before 11am.

Please Note: Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature on arrival. If nobody is at home, royal mail will leave a ‘something for you card’ with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your order from a local sorting office.

Europe & Worldwide Delivery

We currently only post to the UK.

Returns

All personalised items are non refundable and we will only accept returns and offer a refund if a problem has arisen which is a fault of our own. If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by replacement or a refund.

To request a return please email us at info@blossomlanecardsandgifts.co.uk. Please state your order number, name & address and the reason for the return and we will advise you how to return your goods.

We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or paypal account within 7 working days of its receipt or provide a replacement where agreed.
