Shipping policy

All of our items are personalised and custom made to your requirements.  We usually ship within 48 hours however this can be slightly longer at peak trading times like Christmas. 

All orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, you have the option to upgrade to first class postage for a small additional fee.
