DELIVERY
All our items are sent via royal mail 2nd class delivery unless otherwise stated.
Royal Mail First Class or 24-hour next day delivery service can be purchased as an optional extra.
Please note the estimated dispatch and processing times on each listing.
If you upgrade to a First Class delivery service the processing times remain the same.
If you upgrade to a 24 hours next day delivery service this will be posted the same day if you purchase before 2pm.

PACKAGING
All orders will be posted in a board backed envelope.
SHIPPING TIMES
All shipping is combined, provided all items are going to the same address.
You will pay a single shipping charge, not for each item.
All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post within the timeframes given upon ordering.
Upgrades to 1st Class and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery are available next to the ‘Notes to Seller’ box upon checkout.
Etsy give an ‘ESTIMATED’ time of arrival, however, please be aware that postal delays can occur within Royal Mail from time to time and can take up to 10 working days to arrive (which exclude weekends and bank holidays).
Should you require a guaranteed delivery date, the only guaranteed postal service is SPECIAL DELIVERY.
RETURNS
We are happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products. Please contact us within 14 days if there are any issues with your item.

Processing Times
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please check each individual listing for processing timeframes.
Please note when ordering a variety of items the longest delivery date will apply.
UK Delivery Options
We are pleased to offer the following delivery options to our UK customers:
ECONOMY DELIVERY From £1.30
STANDARD DELIVERY From £1.50
EXPRESS DELIVERY From £2.70
GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY £8
*order before 2pm and your parcel will be dispatched on the same day of order to arrive the next working day by 6pm.
(orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday
and delivered the 'next working day' being Monday, orders placed after
2pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working
day*) (this is a 'signed for' service).
*Please note some postcodes such as AB, BT, FK, PA, PH, PO
(Isle of Wight), IM & IV and the Channel Islands for example the
'next working day' service is a 2 day service. Please contact us if you are uncertain.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES
We do not ship on bank holidays or weekends, delivery times are from 8am-6pm unless specified.
For
orders placed after 2pm on a Friday your parcel will dispatched the
following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will dispatched the
next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays, there is no dispatch on the weekend.
During busy
periods please allow extra time to receive your order. If you live in a
remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least
one extra working day.
The day of shipment is not considered a
transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is
placed, processed, or shipped.
We reserve the right to upgrade your
shipping method as we deem appropriate, including switching to a
different carrier or service provider to deliver your package faster or
more reliably.
Europe & Worldwide Delivery
We currently only post to the UK.
